FEB/23 2009 qatar railways client: deutsche bahn / atkon AG The presentation showed the outcome of a five-months-study by Deutsche Bahn, which explained in detail, how a completely integrated railway system could be built and function for the state of Qatar. An entire exhibition hall was built including an entrance tunnel, a hall that resembled the entrance hall of a station, the control center, where the presentation was held and an exhibition room where several models, a mock up of a train compartment, a 3D display and a big touchtable were displayed. We produced content for the big 103" plasma that was used as an information panel for departure times etc. Also, we did a long plasmastripe in the control center, consisting of 13 plasmas with touchtables that triggered the content shown on the plasmas. In Addition, the big touchtable in the exhibition room gave additional information on trip-times, distances, connections, etc. and a game. And last but not least the actual presentation, on a wall that consisted of 4x9 seamless plasmas.
